Regis

Regis, once an economically depressed neighborhood, is turning into a viable once again. The location is superb. Located on a hill overlooking the west suburbs, Regis has the esteemed Regis Jesuit University located right in the center of the neighborhood. I-70 borders the neighborhood to the south, giving residents quick access to downtown and DIA, along with a quick jaunt to I-25. In addition, there is Inspiration Point Park with over 25 acres of open space. The home construction is mostly brick ranches built in the 1950s and 1960s.

The schools are below average, however, Regis is a great neighborhood for those who want to be ahead of the curve and get into a house before prices appreciate substantially.
